Included in guided trips: land access fees, 5% local recreation tax (Guadalupe), lunch (full day trips), tippet, weights, flies, and any needed equipment, including rods and reels. You are responsible, however, for your extra contact lenses, though I certainly have never heard of anyone losing those on a trip... Other things to bring: valid Texas fishing license, waders & wading boots, warm clothes, a hat and sunglasses. 5wt rods with floating line is the combination of choice, though a 4 or 6 wt will work fine.

Your day will be tailored to your fishing ability, wading ability, water flows and conditions, and of course your goals. In order to maintain a high level of personal attention, three people is the maximum number that can be accommodated alone (wade trip). For groups of more than three people or for corporate outings, we can partner with another guide or guides and we organize a great outing for you! When desired, instruction is included in guided trips; in fact some people use guided trips as a private lesson, with the added bonus of playing and landing fish!

A deposit of $200 is required to reserve a date, and is refundable if you cancel the trip at least 14 days in advance, if you cancel less than 14 days in advance but your guide is able to book another trip for that day, or in the event of unsafe water conditions. If there are unsafe water conditions, you will have the option of cancelling or rescheduling.
